…and I solve business problems and make things happen. No, really. You know all those things in your business that you wish could change or get done? Welp, that’s what I do. I dig into problems, identify the cause, scope out a solution and then I make it happen. It’s what drives me.

I like working with existing staff to empower them to help with the solution so when I’m gone, it sticks. I like making business cases for change, using data to make the point so business leaders have the tools they need to not be scared anymore and to just do it.
